VENTOSILLA is a living example of Spanish shooting history, starting its legacy in 1880, when the duke of Santoña and H.M. the King Alfonso XIII organized the first partridge driven shoot that took place in Spain.

The natural terrain at VENTOSILLA lends itself to good varied shooting, with lovely valleys and deep gorges which show very high partridges and sporting drives.

VENTOSILLA castle was built in the XV^th century for the wealthy catholic cardinals of Toledo. The palace has been enlarged and improved by the succeeding generations of the Teba family.

The gardens were designed by French landscaper Jean Claude Nicolas Forestier during the end of XIX^th century and have been identically maintained until today.
